• In the case of papers with Multiple Authors, only one author would need to register and pay the conference registration fee.
  Other co-author of the same paper should register seperately and pay the registration fee, if they also plan to attend the conference.
  
  
• For their papers to be included in the conference proceedings, authors must make sure their conference registrations and payment are received by August 20, 2007.
  
  
• Student rate attendees must have a letter from their Department Head/Chair or student ID that states
  that the attedee is a full time student. This is required to pick up the registration materials on site in Seoul.
  
  
• Each regular registant will recieve a copy of the conference CD-ROM proceeding in 2 months after
  the end of the conference.
  
  
• Refund Policy :
  Paid registrants (non - authors) who cannnot attend, and do not send a substitute, are entitled to a refund of $250.00 if a request is received in writing on or before Aug. 20, 2007. Registrants are liable for their full fees after that date (i.e., No Refund will be made). There will be no refunds to authors of papers.
  
  
• Confirmation:
  Upon recieving your registration from and payment, the Registration Office will send you a confirmation e-mail, bearing your registration number.
  Please bring this confirmation slip with you present it at the registration desk at the Conference site.
  
  
• Receipt of Registration:
  A receipt will be issued at the registration desk with the registration packets during the conference.
